Character: Intense ruby red color, typical Valpolicella scents of red berry fruit and cherry are recognizable on the nose. The palate is smooth, linear with an excellent balance between alcoholic value and structure with remarkable persistence.
Pairings: The structure allows an excellent pairing not only with typical Italian pasta dishes, but also with meat dishes especially grilled.
Packaging: 750 ml / 6 per carton
Aging: in oak barrels
Vinification: Crushing with a crusher and subsequent maceration in special stainless steel tanks. Subsequent transfer to special oak tonneaux with further bottle aging.
