Character: Deep garnet red color, notes of fruit in spirit, licorice and coffee are immediately perceptible on the nose. The remarkable structure dictated by a remarkable extract allows for a very long persistence in the mouth with silky tannins in the finish that make it extremely elegant.
Pairings: Ideal with grilled meat and game pairings and with long aged cheeses

Aging: In oak barrels
Vinification: Crushing with a crusher and subsequent maceration in special stainless steel tanks with continuous delestage and pumping over. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred inside oak barrels for aging and then into bottles.
